PADI SCUBA DIVER COURSE

This course serves as an intermediate step towards obtaining an Open Water Diver certification. If you’re short on time but enthusiastic about becoming a diver, the PADI Scuba Diver certification could be an excellent choice for you.

Qualified PADI Scuba Divers can:

• Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet).
• Obtain air fills, rent or purchase scuba equipment, and join dive activities with appropriate supervision.

Continue their dive education by completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification and certain specialty courses.

To enroll in the PADI Scuba Diver course (or Junior Scuba Diver course):

• you must be at least 10 years old
• Possess adequate swimming skills
• Be in good physical health
• No prior scuba diving experience is necessary, but you can try it out through the Discover Scuba® Diving program first.
