IDC Staff Instructors are esteemed for their role in training and guiding new instructors. By taking this course, you enhance your career and help shape the next generation of PADI leaders.

Master Scuba Diver Trainers (MSDTs) committed to using the full PADI System can enroll in the IDC Staff Instructor course.

After assessing your instructor-level knowledge and skills, you’ll cover:

• Instructor development standards and curriculum
• Organizing and teaching the PADI Assistant Instructor course
• Evaluation and counseling psychology
• Assessing teaching presentations

You’ll also audit an IDC or practice teaching curriculum components. As an IDC Staff Instructor, you’ll independently teach PADI Assistant Instructor courses and assist with IDCs.
